***) What are tokens?
You can think of tokens as pieces of words or numbers or symbols. 1'000 tokens is about 750 words.
The following elements are counted as tokens:
- A base load of about 1'600 tokens per request. (subject to change)
- An optional topic, you can define to keep the dialogue focussed.
- The explicit question, you send to Admin Companion.
- The response of Admin Companion.
- The recent past of your dialogue with Admin Companion (older message 'fade out' after a while).
You can see your real-time balance at any time in the account section of the Admin Companion console web site.
When Admin Companion requests to execute a command, the command output is re-routed back to Admin Companion, which leads to an additional request.

*) Free starting credit
After you signed up to Admin Companion, you receive your free credit worth 10€ to immediately start to use. Nothing will be charged to you at this stage. You can consume the free credit with Admin Companion requests (AI or web search) within one month. A free credit cannot be paid out in cash.
Without an active subscription, your usage will be deducted from the free credit according to the unit prices of the Plan S. Once you subscribe to a monthly plan, that monthly plan's unit prices will be used against your remaning free credit.

**) Recurring plans
With a recurring plan you get a credit worth your payment, which you can consume within the billing cycle. Remaining credit will not be transferred to the next billing cycle. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle. You can choose, whether you will be automatically charged for a re-fill, when you have consumed your credit, or whether Admin Companion should decline further activities.
****) Tax
The applicable tax depends on many factors, for example the region you live in, your status (business, individual) and others. You will see the tax applicable for you on your checkout page for a monthly subscription.
